    Atelier Donoma, the brand

    Atelier Donoma was born from the desire to offer a hat with luxurious accents and made in France, all at the fairest price.

    Yvanna Herbé, creator of the project launched her brand in 2019 after a first experience as an architect. She wants to work the volume on a different scale while controlling all the stages of production.

    This involves the work of shapes by sketching models, drawings like an architect, choosing noble materials from Europe, and collaborating with workshops displaying a fair and ethical approach.

    Atelier Donoma draws its essence through the travels, crafts, crossbreeding and cultural mixing of the designer, all in a feminine and urban spirit.

    The brand wishes to play the card of transparency and common sense, in order to offer a range guaranteeing quality and excellence, both in the selection of materials and in the quality of manufacture.

    Finally, its hats highlight all the know-how of French hat making through timeless creations, which can last through the seasons.

    Thus, Atelier Donoma helps to preserve these craft businesses and to protect their talents.

    Our concept

    We started from the observation that the quality hat was often very expensive, and was still too classic. We wanted to make it both more accessible but also easier to wear on a daily basis. We also wanted to facilitate its marketing through our site but also through selected points of sale, in order to limit intermediaries as much as possible and offer our hats at the fairest price, while having the same requirement.

    The concept is simple:

    • Offer hats in classic but sophisticated shapes, reworked in their lines, materials and colors in order to anchor them in the air.
    • Play the card of transparency and common sense in the manufacture of our hats.
    • From manufacturing to marketing, each step respects our ethics and values.
